Special Education Fiscal Reporting


PI 1505 Special Education Budget Report: School districts and CCDEBs must file the Special Education Budget Report with the Department of Public Instruction. This report may be accessed online via the "School Financial Reporting Portal" or directly at https://www2.dpi.state.wi.us/sfssafr/intro.aspx.

PI 1505 Special Education Annual Report: School districts, CESAs, CCDEBs, and 2R Charter Schools must file the Special Education Annual Report with the Department of Public Instruction. For school districts, CESAs, and CCDEBs, this report may be accessed online via the "School Financial Reporting Portal" or directly at https://www2.dpi.state.wi.us/sfssafr/intro.aspx.

School districts are also required to complete a Wisconsin Act 221 Reconciliation for auditor use and completion of the Wisconsin Act 221 Addendum in the PI 1505 Special Education Annual Report. Required School District Wisconsin Act 221 Addendum Worksheets Excel document
