Helpdesk Expert ToolHelpdesk Expert is web based problem tracking software where users can create, update, and check the status of their helpdesk tickets. Helpdesk Expert will initially be used for WSLS/ISES support purposes, but uses are expected to expand to support other data collections. This Tool is accessible by any computer with a HTML 3.0+ compliant browser, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. Go to the Questions and comments may be submitted to Helpdesk Expert at any time, but responses are provided between 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. NOTE: You must be individually authorized to use the Helpdesk Expert. Users must sign up for an account in order to create, update, and track the status of their tickets. See User Guide. Using the Helpdesk Expert Tool User Benefits HELPDESK EXPERT AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT: Helpdesk responses will be provided between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm M-F. You can continue to use the Helpdesk Expert Tool at other times of day including weekends (24 X 7), but if you have difficulty or if there is a system outage, then you might want to try again between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. M-F. Occasionally, there may be short outages (less than 15 minutes) over the noon hour to address emergency situations. We will try to keep noon hour outages to a minimum.
