Data Management and Reporting Help Desk Tool


The DPI Data Management and Reporting (DMR) Help Desk tool is a web based problem tracking software where users can create, update, and check the status of their helpdesk tickets. This tool will primarily be used for WSLS, ISES, and CWCS support purposes, but may be used for any application managed by DMR.

You must have a WAMS ID to access the DMR Help Desk Tool.

Questions and comments may be submitted at any time, but responses are provided between 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

As of September 2010, DMR has switched from the tool HelpDesk Expert to Footprints. You must have a WAMS ID to access this tool. Refer to ON.WISCONSIN.GOV to register for a WAMS ID. You are not required to have role access to the WSLS or ISES in order to use this tool.

HELP DESK AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT: Help desk responses will be provided between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm M-F. You can continue to use the DMR Help Desk Tool at other times of day including weekends, but if you have difficulty or if there is a system outage, then you might want to try again between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. M-F. Occasionally, there may be short outages (less than 15 minutes) over the noon hour to address emergency situations. We will try to keep noon hour outages to a minimum.
