ISES - Missing District Data - Due Date 10/28

SUBJECT:	ISES - Missing District Data - Due Date 10/28

As of 10 AM this morning, your district is missing ALL student records for ALL record types within the ISES.

Year End (2009-10)
3rd Friday of September (2010-11)
Child Count (2010-11)

Many districts receiving this email are also past due for the Discipline collection.

Newly opened districts and districts which closed at the end of 2009-10 are required to submit ISES data according to the school years in which the district is open.

ISES (all record types) is due at 8 AM on October 28th. ISES will be closed from 10/28 to 11/5. New this year, many content teams within DPI will be reviewing district data for completeness and accuracy during the first week of November.

Please take a moment to review the status of your district for ISES CD/YE/CC and Discipline. Note that within discipline, your entire district must be locked, not just the individual schools.
