Did you know?

Educators must be licensed within the State of Wisconsin if they are providing coursework through;

Virtual / Online Learning.

Distance Education.

4K Programs operated by Community Based Organizations (includes contracted educators).

The Monitoring Educator Role may be used in conjunction with any of the following Alternative Education Program codes;

118.15 Contracts (HSED) - Students who are enrolled at a technical college or with a community based organization for HSED preparation for 11th and 12th graders.

Challenge Academy (CA) – An Alternative Education Program operated by the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs open to students’ ages 16.9 to 19.

Youth Options – Private College (YOPC) - Students are enrolled in a WI private college course for high school credit (student also receives college credit); available only for 11th and 12th grade students.

Youth Options – Technical College (YOTC) - Students are enrolled in a WI technical college course for high school credit (student also receives college credit); available only for 11th and 12th grade students.

Youth Options – UW-System (YOUW) - Students are enrolled in a UW-system course for high school credit (student also receives college credit); available only for 11th and 12th grade students.

From now until the end of the collection period our help desk staff will contact your district in the event:

• There was no activity within CWCS for CW1 and there has been no activity for CW2.
• Your course teacher or student completion upload files were unsuccessful in CW1 preventing your district from locking.
• You successfully locked your district in CW1, however there has been no activity within CWCS for CW2.
• You successfully locked your district in CW1 and our technical team monitoring the data file loads for CW2 identifies that you are experiencing a high volume of errors.
