Wooh. Wait a minute. Before you sign the last year book, say good bye to students, and change the summer office hours sign, dont forget (although we knew it is a reminder set on your calendar) CWCS, CW2 opens on Monday, June 13. The following are some pointers that will assist you so you arent delayed in heading to the beach or to your favorite camping spot. All Districts:
2. Review and accept the privacy agreement to open the CWCS Preferences Selection screen. 3. Select one of the three options to open the CWCS District/School Preferences screen. 4. Review and, if necessary, update preferences information. 5. Navigate to the CWCS Main Menu. Locked Districts:
2. View CW1 reports if CW1 was selected from the dropdowns on the Progress and Summary Reports screens. Districts NOT Locked:
2. Section and Student Record list will have data. 3. It will state CW2 even though reported in CW1. This will be changed due to only one collection allowed to be opened at a time. 4. Upload or manually enter the data for remaining terms. 5. Fix any errors remaining from CW1. 6. In Progress and Summary Reports you will not retrieve records if CW1 is picked from the drop down. We are looking for your input for an external Phase 2 Advisory Committee: Onward: Thanks to Jan Haven for the leadership she has provided on the CWCS project. She was instrumental in making CWCS Phase I, CW1, one of the largest most successful data collections for the department. She will stay within DPI but has accepted a position in Teacher Education, Professional Development, and Licensing (TEPDL). Thank you for your continued effort with CWCS.
