Wisconsin's Accountability Plan
This workbook identifies our state's implementation status for required elements of the state accountability system. The accountability goals for graduation are published in this Wisconsin Accountability Workbook once approved by the US Department of Education. Criteria for review of school performance beginning in 2002-03 are based on provisions in the finalized version of the workbook.

How are graduation rates and high school completion rates calculated?
