Federal Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program in Wisconsin - ELIMINATED

The Federal Program Director of the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship Program has notified all State Program Coordinators that the Byrd Scholarship Program has not been funded for 2011. Funding was dissolved under the Federal Continuing Resolution for Fiscal Year 2011 that cut federal spending. The scholarship program is slated to be eliminated in 2012.
