Art and Design Education-CurriculumSchool districts in Wisconsin are required to have locally approved curriculum in art and design education that specifies objectives, course content, course sequence, resources, specified instructional time to meet the curriculum, and a program evaluation method. Details of these requirements are contained in the Administrative Rule PI 8.01 (2) (k).2. ![]() A Guide to Curriculum Planning in Art Education, 2nd edition, 1995, includes studio arts, design arts, cultural arts, and visual thinking.
